Kevin Dunrud and Tim Hieb, both long time employees of Bolduc Aviation purchased the business in 2016 from Darrell Bolduc who started the business in 1979. They then changed the name to Horizon Aircraft Engine Services dba Bolduc Aviation to continue the same level and quality of services customers have come to know and respect. Currently 10 mechanics are employed full time to provide a full service aircraft engine rebuild and repair shop. Both Kevin and Tim are A & P mechanics and are considered some of the best in their field of aircraft engine overhaul and service with over 70 years of engine experience between them.
